Our Fees and Charges
Property Management
For the successful introduction of a tenant to your property we charge a letting fee of 1.1 week's rent. This fee is due and payable at the commencement of tenancy. For the preparation of a Residential Tenancy Agreement we charge $33.00, being a cost of $16.50 to each party to the agreement.

For the day to day management of your property our fees are 7.7% of the gross income. This fee is charged monthly and accounted for in your monthly statement. In addition to this, to cover the cost of postage and other sundry costs we charge a $2.20 monthly statement fee.

In the event of having to represent you in a tribunal to cover the cost of preparing a case for hearing we charge $55.00. There is an additional charge of $55.00 per hour to cover our time at the tribunal. We do not charge for our travelling time to and from the tribunal. In the event that we bring the action before the tribunal we pass the cost of the application on to you. As at January 2008, this cost is $32.00.
